Product Information

• Not compatible with BMW anti-theft alarm systems.
• Includes all necessary installation components
• We recommend installing the slim rear frame cover (#13908-202) to create a visually suitable surface between the rear frame and the EDITION X tail conversion. Please order it separately.
• Our Wunderlich installation kit (#13615-102) allows the Wunderlich EDITION X tail conversion (##13615-00x) to be combined with the original BMW side pannier carriers on the BMW R 1300 GS. By moving the side pannier carriers outward by a few millimeters, it creates the installation space required for the tail conversion. The installation kit ensures a precise, clean integration without restricting the functionality of the original side pannier carriers.
• ABS plastic, heat-formed, entirely solid-colored, and can be painted if required
• Replaces the visually bulky original rear section and gives the R 1300 GS a clearly defined tail line
• Easy to install
• The conversion is designed to match our R 1300 GS/RS license plate holder (#13908-002), but can also be combined with the original license plate holder
• No ABE type approval required
• For a matching rear cover in the style of the EDITION X concept motorcycle, we recommend the following:

Product code: 13615-001
